Get Fit At Home Expands To Florida’s Treasure Coast

 The UK’s largest team of fitness professionals and personal trainers have expanded to the USA. www.get-fit-at-home.com launched on July 1 this year and is based in Vero Beach, Florida. 12 personal trainers and fitness experts have already joined the fitness team and Get Fit At Home hopes to expand to 25 trainers in the next few months.
Managing Director Ed Shanaphy says: “Health and fitness is so important an ingredient in the United States, we just couldn’t leave the marketplace alone. We believe that Florida is an outstanding area in which to start our services with the weather allowing us to work outdoors and outside the gym environment, which is our specialty.”
This summer finds the Get Fit At Home team of personal trainers serving Sebastian, Wabasso, Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, and portions of Martin County and Palm Beach County, along with the two major cities on Florida’s East Coast, Miami and Orlando.
“We hope to be able to serve the entire East Coast of Florida before the end of the year,” states Shanaphy. “ We feel the demand for such one-to-one services and fitness programs is very strong, particulary going into the winter season as the snow-birds come to Florida from the Northern States.”
With such diverse qualifications as Kettle Bell instruction to Pilates and Yoga instruction to weight loss and weight training, and cardiovascular exercise and recovery, the qualified and insured personal trainers at Get Fit At Home offer a complete service to new clients as well as those accustomed to private personal training and physical rehabilitation.
