GET FIT KETTLE BELL TRAINING
The Kettle Bell has been dubbed ‘The ultimate tool for extreme fitness’ and the reasons why are really very simple.
This traditional cast iron weight resembles the shape of a cannonwall with a handle, and with techique and instructional training from one of our fitness professionals, it is perfect for all-purpose strength training. The workouts combine multiple benefits including enhanced cardio to reduce body fat, core strength, greater flexibility and is injury proof for backs, knees and shoulders if proper techniques are used.
