Every bride and groom are different and our Wedding Fitness Packages are not a 'one size' fits all. At Get Fit At Home, we pride ourselves on creating bespoke packages for any fitness level and focus on achieving fast effective results in a set time frame.

Everyone has different needs and fitness goals and our program is structured to accommodate both the bride, or groom, to target their own individual concerns: whether its upper body definition, posture, weight loss or toning.

Our certified personal trainers and fitness professionals create a bespoke program and act as a workout-buddy to provide motivation, encouragement and accountability. All programs are structured to work around individual needs, schedules, lifestyles and fitness goals to ensure that the training provided is the most efficient for you in preparing for your big day!

Trainers will work with existing equipment or bring their own as required.

The get-fit-at-home Wedding Fitness package includes:Wedding_Image_2

  • One-on-One meet and greet consultation – We sit down with you to go through the date of your wedding, your wedding fitness goals, schedule availability, medical history and fitness levels as well as list exercise likes and dislikes to ensure an ENJOYABLE workout.
     
  • PAR-Q Form – Known as the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, our trainer complete this form with you in preparation for your training program. We also discuss your lifestyle, stresses, diet and nutrition. Half of any weight-loss program is diet and we make this a focus of all programs.
     
  • Bespoke Exercise program – Our qualified personal fitness trainer creates a bespoke fitness and exercise program to be followed outside of your personal training dates. You will also have unlimited access to your trainer and our head office via email and phone so you can always call for extra encouragement or support or our advice. In addition, we ensure a variety of exercises to keep you mentally inspired, helping to avoid your body reaching a plateau or your mind reaching a boredom level!
     
  • Assessments – You will be assessed regularly throughout your program and your body measurements are taken to ensure workouts are working. We want you to look great in that dress or suit, so we also re-evaluate programs to ensure the exercises are meeting your goals and time frames.
     
  • 7-Day Food Diary – You will be asked to keep a 7-Day Food Diary for our trainer to help gauge an understanding of your diet and times of meals and actual food and liquid intake all of which helps us to support your weight loss program.
