There are numerous ways to train and work the cardiovascular side of your program. Ranging from jogging and running, and sprinting, our cardiovascular training is effective and hard-working to burn fat. Ever think of 3 minutes of boxing or sparring, combined with a 20 second sprint and then one minute of skipping rope? You will feel the fat melting away. Even quick, forced sets with light weights with little break time, to a good power walk down a London street or around a London park or along a river or stream. We will join you and create for you a fun-filled, non-boring cardiovascular program.

Or let us make a route for you, a bespoke running and cardiovascular plan. Inspiration is the key to keeping your head up during a cardio program and we will never let you get bored! We’ll talk, we’ll joke, we’ll urge you on… whether it be on the rowing machine or the treadmill or a dirt track. We’ll help you lose that excess fat as you keep your heart in healthy condition!
